Կորական գազարը շատ արագ է պատրաստվում,կարևորը`ճիշտ կատարել պատրաստման հերթականությունը:Այդ ժամանակ դուք կհամոզվեք,որ այս աղցանն ամենահամեղ աղցանն է:
Բաղադրատոմս
1 կգ. գազար, 1 թ.գ. աղ, դանակի ծայրով աղացած կարմիր պղպեղ
մի պտղունց համեմ, 0,5 բաժակ արևածաղկի ձեթ
4 մեծ կտոր սխտոր, 1 ճ.գ. սոյայի սոուս, կես լիմոն
Պատրաստման եղանակ
Լվանալ,մաքրել գազարը, բարակ մանրացնել գազարը: Լցնել գազարը խորը տարայի մեջ, թողնել 3-4 ժամ:
Հետո գազարի կենտրոնում անցք բացել,ավելացնել աղ և պղպեղ,չխառնել:
Թավայի մեջ լցնել արևածաղկի ձեթ, եփել այնքան,մինչև փոքր-ինչ գոլորշի առաջանա:
Լցանել տաք ձեթը գազարի մեջտեղի անցքում և խառնել: Փակել կափարիչով և թողնել 10 րոպե:
Հետո բացել կափարիչը և կրկին խառնել: Ավելացնել մեկ պտղունց աղացած համեմ,սոյայի սոուս, թարմ քամաց լիմոնի հյութ, սխտոր և կրկին խառնել:
Կարելի է միանգամից համտեսել,կարելի է սպասել 10-15 րոպե : Արդյունքում կստացվի շատ համեղ աղցան,իսկ աղցանի հոտը իսկապես կգերի ձեզ:
